How to insert a "tick" symbol in word 2007?? For the life of me I cant find it. Thanks

Insert > Symbol > More Symbols.

Select the Wingdings2 font and you should find a tick.

If you intend to use the "tick" regularly you could save a shortcut key combination via INSERT-SYMBOL, navigate to "tick" using Font-Wingdings.
