How hot is Hot?

Couple of days ago I was browsing my computer details using SiSoftSandra. It informed me my motherboard temp was 126.5degrees C!
I shut down the computer, but nothing inside it seemed overwarm.
Next day, fired up computer checked motherboard with SSS, once again it said temp was 126.5C.
I know others have had problems with this programme, and I checked temps using 'motherboard monitor' it gave CPU socket26C, CPU diode 41C, Case 41C.
Thing is, are these temps normal? As far as I can tell case fan and CPU fan are running normally.
(Sorry this is a bit long!)

As stated, nothing to worry about. My motherboard is currently showing 113 degrees F (45 degrees C) and the AMD XP3200+ CPU 138 degrees F (59 degrees F) - it's been switched on all day.

However I've got the Bios set to turn the CPU off if the temperature reaches 70 degrees C (in case the cooling fan packs up or for any other reason).

Thank you all, that is most reassuring!
