How to get out of "sign on" loop???

  Sabi 13:35 27 Feb 08

I have been having trouble with the sites that I have to sign on including this one!! For example if I sign on to e-bay and want to check my messages as soon as I click on my inbox, I get a sign on screen again!!! This happens for any click I make.

I’ve allowed all “cookie and third” party in my AV (Zone Alarm ISS) for the sites I am a member of, but still I can’t break the loop!

Any ideas??

Many thanks

You might have your privacy setting for sites on High which might be stopping the sites setting a cookie.

In IE go to TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>PRIVACY to check your settings.

If you wish to keep the setting on High, when you go to a site that you use often copy the address from the address bar, then go back to the privacy settings panel click on the button "SITES" and paste the address into the bit marked "Address of website" and click on "Allow".

This will allow you access to sites that you visit regulary and block others from setting cookies.

Hope this helps
