Some thread titles are very vague, too, which doesn't help us to know at a glance whether it's within our scope to assist. As it says at the top, make sure the title accurately describes the problem.

Why not all lets run belarc advisor....


Then export the system specs to a TXT file.


and dump it on some webspace.


Then at the bottom of any post you provide the URL.

Then we can see all specs, updates installed, software, etc. and provide a more dedicted service.
