My hard drive has an unallocated space in the right side of D:.(no space between C: and D:). I want to extend C:(system partition) but I can't extend it not only in windows' disk manager but with software. Can I extend C: ?

Yes, there are a few free software programs that can achieve this. Partition Wizard is a good one.
