hi i want to dual boot my windows xp pc with the beta of windows 7, i booted using gparted live cdbut could not understand it properly :(How can i add a partition to do this easily without disturbing xp.I have one drive split into 3 partitions:C: 30gig, 15 gig freeD: 101 gig, loads freeE: 101 gig, loads free.xp lives on C:, can i install 7 on D: and dual boot? whats the best free program to do thisor do i have to format? hope not,thanks for any help.
You could use either the D or E partition, move all your important files off the choosen partition and then follow these instructions. click here
