hi i want to dual boot my windows xp pc with the beta of windows 7, i booted using gparted live cd
but could not understand it properly :(

How can i add a partition to do this easily without disturbing xp.
I have one drive split into 3 partitions:
C: 30gig, 15 gig free
D: 101 gig, loads free
E: 101 gig, loads free.

xp lives on C:, can i install 7 on D: and dual boot? whats the best free program to do this
or do i have to format? hope not,
thanks for any help.

You could use either the D or E partition, move all your important files off the choosen partition and then follow these instructions. click here
