We would really like to know how to use Winzip to compress (zip) files for later use to send in e-mails or to put on a floppy disk. Cheap option please?!

If you have XP, just right click the desktop and click "new" then click compressed folder. Drag what you want to it and save as, or mail it.

Winzip 9 comes with a good help manual

Click on "new" icon on toolbar'.
1.Select where to save zip file.
2.click on files you wish to add to zip.
3.click on "add"

thats it zip made.

to attach to e-mail click on paperclip in Outlook Express then select your zip file.

to put on floppy either select floppy at 1

or use explorer drag and drop to 3 1/2 drive
