What exactly do you mean by 'Virgin'? Do you have a program called Virgin, or are you refering to Virgin Wines or something similar? If it is this then do as MichelleC suggests and go to Windows explorer and delete the folder.

Regedit will remove it completely,
start>run>regedit>edit type in virgin, press enter,any entries will be highlighted in blue, press delete, enter to confirm, F3 to resume search.
