How do you shift the Windows Messenger/MSN icon

from appreaing near the CLock in WinXP Home O/s.

I have tried to hide it but its still behind the arrow for hidden/not used icons.

Just want to remove the thing from showing near the task bar/clock if possible.

Go to start/run/ type msconfig/ OK/ Start up/untick msmsgs/apply. That will stop it loading automaticall, so it won't appear in the system tray. If you want to bring it back just tick it again & apply
