How do you set up a 4 computer network with BroadB

Please could you tell me how you set up a four computer network and to be able to share Broadband and files between the computers.
What hardware will i need and what software will i need?

Beta and Sparks thanks for the tips, but Beta's site doesn't tell you how to do it. Spark's only covers crossover cables :( (For 2 Computers)

Get a router wired or wireless and connect all 4 pcs to it you will all be able to connect to the web independently

If you can connect your modem using an Ethernet connection (network/RJ45) then...

Go to ebuyer (click here) and buy the U.S. Robotics Broadband Router for approx £35.

Buy 4 lengths of CAT-5 cable to suit your needs.

Plug them all into each other, register the MAC address of the router (if needed...may only be Telewest) with the Broadband company and you should have everything set up.

File sharing is no doubt covered by the above links.
