How do you remove recently installed VxDs?

  helpmeplease 18:37 01 Jul 03

After trying to open a 'scr' file on an email attachment everything slowed down and stopped and I got the message
"Windows - Terminating thread due to a stack problem. A VxD, possibly recently installed, has consumed too much stack space. Increase the setting of 'MinSps' in system.ini or REMOVE THE RECENTLY INSTALLED VxDs.
I tried increasing the space from 4 to 20 but no change.
So I am now wanting to try removing the recently installed 'VxDs' [whatever they might be!]
Any help appreciated
