How do you "force" Vista to search inside document

In XP there was an option to "search for text within" or such like, but can't do the same in Vista

I gather it's supposed to do this by default (and indeed seems to do so when I don't want it, giving me loads of returns instead of just a handful!)

I'm trying to find certain files to change in my phpBB forum, and have copied them all to a new folder on my desktop. My cunning plan was to then search for specific text and ....bingo!

But this didn't work. Even though I can open a file and see a word, when I search on this word, Vista won't find it

Am I doing something wrong?!
