How do you insert this in an email? Is there a special tool to create the day and time? I am using Outlook 2003.

If it's an email from PCA, then it's put in automatically by PCA.

Not too sure what PCA means? It is just emails that were originally from me, and have been replied to.

In Outlook 2003 click on tools, options, mail format. At the bottom there is a button called "signatures" click on that, I think thats what your looking for.
