I suspect most programs which can convert wma directly to mp3 or wav have to be paid for. Trial versions may or may not let you do the full job, but you can try.

If you don't want to pay, and trial versions don't work fully, the workaround is to use Windows Media Player to burn the wma files as an Audio CD first, then rip the CD tracks back to mp3 or wav. A bit time-consuming.
