Can one of you more knowledgeable programmers enlighten a novice like me as to how they did the lower border on this page ..... the one with the hockey player on the left.

I'd love to do similar but can't see how they did it.

Just had a look at the source code and it seems to be JavaScript.

You can do the same thing with CSS fixed positioning but it doesn't work in IE6. It does work in Firefox and Opera and will work in IE 7 (not long now....)

Look at it in Firefox, Opera or IE7 to see how it works when you scroll the page. I love the way you can see the page as it passes beneath the menu.

It doesn't matter whether it is images or text: it still requires a method of keeping it in a fixed position at the bottom of the screen.
