You have said "My main address list is on Internet Explorer".

Sorry do you mean you have saved all your messages via webmail/hotmail?

I am not clear what you are trying to do. When you say your address list I am not certain to what you are referring.

You could try using the export/import wizard by going to file > Import and Export. Failing that I suggest you wait until somebody with more experience offers some advice!

my main addresses (list) are contained on Internet Explorer.
Occasionally I use Outlook Express but my address list on Outlook Express has only a few addresses. I want to copy my address list from Internet Explorer so that I have an identical address list on Outlook Express without having to type in the addresses individually

The following is a good ides to do anyway so that if your mail program goes down you do not lose your address book.
Click on address book
Click on file
Click on EXPORT[ which is in effect the same as 'Save As']
Select a destination - on a flooy or in my documents -where ever
Click save and it will be saved as a WAB file.
Repeat the above and select another file type.
Save ditto.
Now you can go from maila/a to mail a/c and
by opening Address book
File
IMPORT
cand find where you put the file
click on import

Internet Explorer is just an internet browser program. As such it does not have the ability in itself to store addresses, be they postal or email addresses. So you must mean that you use internet explorer to access something like a web-based email system such as Yahoo or Hotmail?

yes, I use yahoo to send my emails
