How do I share 'Favourites' across a network?

I am running WinXP home on my main computer and have a broadband connection via my router/modem. I also network my laptop (Win98) and can access the broadband via the router/modem. Is it possible for both computers to share the same Internet Explorer 'Favourites', so that either computer can access existing 'Favourites', and either computer can add new ones that can then be accessed by both?
