How Do I Restore a Packard Bell iMedia 1516

Does anyone know how to restore a Packard Bell iMedia 1516 to its original factory conditions?

I've tried pressing F10 and Shift+F10 but neither seem to work.

Also, I can't find where on their website it might tell me.

I have just restored my P.Bell, model 3050, not same model as yours but- I found instruction in the manual to Hit F11 on start up when the Bell logo appears. It worked perfectly. Had a choice of complete restoration to as when I bought it state(which I chose) or to restore but keeping personal settings. Good job this worked as they wont answer any questions out of warrenty and didnt supply any disks in the first place.
It now hashe original XP SP1 & Works so when I sell it they will hAve TO Update everything.

I manbaged to get into Start/Packard Bell which contained a hidden button to restore, so I've managed that.

There must be some way of creating a set of Recovery CDs just in case the hard drive gets all buggered up, but I can't see any obvious way how.
