How do I re-format Drive "C" and re-load Windows

My daughter's computer has become corruped. To correct this I want to wipe the hard disc, reformat and then re-load Win98. There is no data that needs to be saved and we have the floppy that accompanied the Win98 disc. So how, step by step do I do it?

what you have to do is go to MS-DOS PROMPT and type in "format c:" C: being your hard drive and then reboot your computer and put the windows cd in in and type in the CD Drive and type in step.exe and the setup will run but it only works with win98 and under so don't do it if you have ME and up and i would take a backup of your computer because you will lose all your work
