Explore the cd, open the 'MPEGAV' folder, right click on the file, open with, navigate to windows media player and left click ok.

It should play ok now.

Open up the VCD folders and look for a folder called 'MPEGAV'. Inside you will find the actual movie or Video file you want to watch. Double click on it to watch it.

You can also drag the file to any DVD player such as PowerDVD.

You don't need this 'enable vcd', just put the VCD into your CD-drive, start up Windows Media Player, click on Open, go to your CD-drive and look for some folder called MPEGV or something (haven't watched VCDs on my PC for a long time) and at first, it seems that nothing is there but change the file types at the bottom to All file and then one or two files should appear, just change the view to details and look for the file that is biggest in terms of MB size, then open that file and enjoy!

PS. it's similar to all VCDs because they all have this folder called MPEGV or something. It might be just MPEG but I'm not sure.

Windows Media Player doesn't need any additional plug-in to watch VCD ! Insert your VCD into the cd-rom and let it autorun(if you are using Windows XP) ! if not, inside Windows Media Player, under File>Open>File type(any files)>den open your VCD files (MPEG) !
den u can watch anytime u want !

Damn, too late...knew I should have written less.
