how do I hide an excell cell until data is added?

Hello I want cell U2 with =(52-T2)/52 to be blank until data is added to to T2 cell at the moment it shows 100%. I can then copy rhis to the other 300 cells.

I omitted the equal sign "=" in front of the formula so it should actually be =IF(ISBLANK(T2),"",(52-T2)/52)

One more question. Is it possible to have the cell automatically change colour if say the sum is less than 50%?
