How do I get rid of Tiscali settings in router

Siemens Gigaset SE587 Wireless router (Tiscali).

My daughter has recently taken up a Talktalk Internet package, which includes free wireless router.

She has given me her old (Tiscali) Siemens Gigaset SE587 WLAN dsl router.
I am unable to reset it to factory default, using the reset button to get rid of the Tiscali settings embedded in it.
I write to ask if it is possible to get rid the Tiscali settings, and if so, how do I do it?
Thank you.

Go to setup page in the Router and change the ISP to your new one

PS you have to use a Internet Browser to get to the Page in the Router

Why not just use the TalkTalk Router its the same Address I think for the router

Woodchip, thank you.
I am using firefox browser.
When I load htt:// the setup page disappears instantly and pvs selection page appears!

I was hoping to pass the router on to neighbour, so that she can have a wireless connection

Thurs, 11th Nov. Update.
I have tried Disc to install, but no use.
I have tried manual via but it just skips the setup page.
The reset to factory default setting does not get rid of Tiscali embeded stuff.
Would appreciate any other hints.
Thank you.

I have found an old thread on this issue.
Updated firmware, but the setup page still vanishes instantly.

Any ideas please?
