How do I get rid of IObit

I have changed to Diskeeper and Add/Remove wont let me delete IObit defrfagger. Says that it is running however Task bar says its off.

If that does not work, run CCleaner click here and then go to Ccleaner's Tools section and see if iObit is listed in Uninstall, if so uninstall from there.

EARLR - I needed to remove it earlier this week and had the same problem

click on the icon to get the screen and uncheck both the auto and schedulled runs - that will ensure that nothing is running - then go to add/remove and it will uninstall without a problem - jarani

When I Looked they were both off-tried to remove again-still no go.
rebooted and then was able to remove IObit.

EARLR - I forgot about rebooting - this is needed but not requested by the system when unticking the options - I am pleased it worked - jarani

IOBit is Uninstalled from Start>Programs>IOBit>Uninstall IOBit SmartDefrag.
