I need to find out what motherboard i have in my pc so i know how much the maximum amount of memory i can use in the pc as i am going to upgrade it. what i do know about the pc is


is there a online test i can run to find out what motherboard i have.

Hi VOG thanks for the link i told me whole lot of information about my pc. do i need to post the result to ask if someone can tell me what the maximum amout of memory my motherboard supports. what i plan to do is upgrade the processor to amd athlon 2000 and upgrade the hard drive to 80gig and then the memory to 512 but i dont want to over do it incase it has a maximum amount it can support. any info will be very helpful.

the maximum for w98 is 512mb,so bear that in mind,even if the motherboard could except 768mb?
