i wanted to change from fat32 to nfts follow the instuctions in pc advisor but nothing happened feel i may be running 5200 but cant find out

Hi, you seem to de getting confused CPU/HDD speed. 5200rpm is speed of old HDD, current rpm is mostly 7200rpm. CPU is measured in MHz. Cheers.

What is you OS ( XP 2K 98 etc) as depending on which one it will not work.
