whilst going through a virus check I saw this and it showed files in the end I thought had been deleted can you tell me where or how to find it

'Temp' folders tend to accumulate all sorts of rubbish, use click here on its 'as supplied' settings to remove a lot of things you don't need - cookies, log file and temp files. If you run it in the 'analyse' mode it will list things it thinks you can safely remove, you can then click the 'clean' button to remove things.

Although it said Access denied anyway cleaned it out . But I am wondering why it would not let me have access
