How Do I Enable Java?

  s99Raj 20:49 24 Mar 03

I have Internet Explorer 6 and I'd like to enable Java.

I go to Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level/Scripting/Active Scripting and select Enable to enable scripting.

But I can't see the Microsoft VM section to enable Java. Anyone know where it is?

My Custom Level is set to Medium.

do you have Microsoft VM installed?

Under custom level you should have a sub section for java \ java permisions. I have mine set to low for connection to microsoft.

I actually don't think I have Microsoft VM installed unless it was installed by default somehow. How do I install it? I have Windows XP Professional.

MS XP does not come with Java at all. You will have to download a third party version.
