I was searching my hidden files on all 3 hard drives and found folders called RECYCLER , inside there are folders called S-1-5-21-823518204-492894223-854245398-1004 , when I entered them there were no files to be seen but if I right click each folder and select properites I find that there are files there , some have a few MB other have a lot more.

How can I empty there folders ? I use CCleaner and Cleanup but they dont clean the folders

Help please

I think that they are part of your System restore, why do you want to delete them?

Recycle bin.

Try Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup.

Emptying the recycle bin from your desktop will empty the files on all drives.

If you right click on the recycle bin and go to properties you can change the size or disable the recycle bin for each drive.

AFAIK, the Recycler folder is the area allocated (on each drive) to the Recyle bin. You don't empty the Recycler folders directly, you empty the Recycle bin.
