You can remove it from the list using JV16PowerTools click here

Before you attempt this i would advise you to click here
and read about back (ing) up the registry.

I would backup the registry just incase something goes wrong.

Now to remove that entry in the control panel.

Go to Start > Run > Copy and paste (without the quotes) "regedit" into the run command >
Now click "ok"...

Now use caution....

Use the "+" to expand the tress...

Follow this path...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Within there wild be "radlight" nearer the bottom

Now highlight it > Right Click > Delete > ok

Restart your computer...

It should now be gone.

Or use VOG™'s link.

Just click remove program in Add/remove and then if it cannot uninstall then XP will ask you if you want it removing from the list.

If does not work do a serach from start menu for the program or locate the program folder and delete it then do the above again.

This will do the trick,
