I have a new PC that has only SATA connectors (and no IDE's). I simply wish to know if it is possible to use my old IDE connecting drives on this PC?. Is there a cable or connecting device to make this conversion possible please.

Thank you

DVD drives - dump you can pick up a new sata drive for 10-12 pounds

hard drive - unless a large size(360G or bigger) again dump after connecting to a caddy or cable and copy the data across.

I have a dozen IDE HDDs ranging from 4 to 40G that I have emptied and now stand on the windowsill waiting for disposal

(help I just can't throw anything any that still works)
