How do I clear Linux Ubuntu from an external HD?

I want to reuse a 250GB Hard drive currently loaded with Linux Ubuntu. The Ext HD is connected by USB to a Windows XP PC. What is the simplest way to remove Linux from the Ext HD?

But be aware, you'll loose all the contents of that drive.

Use XP Disk Manager

Control Panel - Dmin Tools Computer Mgment - Disk Mngment

Delete the partition , Make a new NTFS partition, then Format.

Sorry - Admin Tools - not Dmin Tools !

Problem solved -but I had to uninstall Ubuntu using an XP disc , clearing the Ubuntu partitions one by one and then reformatting the drive. However all is well now and I now have 250 Gb more storage space, Thanks all.
