the one where you type in and it brings up past searches.



also how do you clear the address bar history in IE ?

Google - click the tiny arrow immediately to the right of the word Google.

move your mouse cursor over the entry you want to remove and press delete (for search history not address bar)

Run regedit, navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs you can delete them from there

Go to, in IE, Tools > Internet Options > Content tab, click the Autocomplete button then click the "Clear Forms" button.

If you have the Google Tool Bar, like DieSse says, click on the multicoloured "Google" to the left of the bar and click on "Clear Search History". Simple as that. No need for registry editing or anything dangerous.
