How do I change bitrate of a MP3

Hi,

I have some MP3s. I like the 128Khz bitrate best as it cuts down on space and quality is decent enough. However, I have some files which are not set at this bitrate. Does anybody know how I can get all my MP3 files at the saem bitrate... maybe some software?

Cheers,

Janusz

Your CD burning software can usually do it.
