When I try to print out a document a window comes up entitled `Print to file` How do I get back to normal printing? I am using Windows Me and a Lexmark Z34 printer

In the application you which to print from [in my case Word 2002 - which I've just looked at] press ctrl+p to open the printer option box.

In it you should see an option "print to file" with a little box next to it, which in your case should have a tick in it. Just click on the tick to remove it them click OK.

Hopefully you can then print normally.

Alan.

So you can transport files on CD or floppy disc by coping them

It's a bit like using the send to when you right click in explorer. but you do it in a program instead
