How do I bypass windows logon box?

  andy625 11:15 19 Nov 06

I have a Windows 2000 pc which has just started asking me to logon when I boot it up. This only started after I did something in the network settings.

I have come accross this before but can't remember how to bypass it so that it just boots straight into windows without me pushing any buttons. I am the only user.
Can anybody remind me??

Also, is there a way of doing the same on an XP machine?
