I have an Acer 5100 running Vista, I plugged in a usb mass drive and it add a com port, I tried it in another usb slot and it added another com port, my question is how do I delete those com ports that keeps adding. I have no printers installed. Any suggestions.

Open control panel
Device manager
Ports(com ports)
right click on port you want to remove, and select uninstall
