How to connect two networks and be able to see all computers

I have two networks that are wired and wireless in two buildings. I building one I have the wired network and in building two I am using wireless. The problem is that the systems in building 2 can not connect or be seen by the ones in building 1 or visa versa. I have the systems in building 2 using a switch and a router/client bridge, while I have the network in building one going through a switch/router to the internet. Problem is I can not see the computer on the other network. Question is how can I or can do this? Thank you in advance.
