how to catch blue screen

my computer (xp with 2.7ghx cpu and 512mb ram) has decided to keep rebooting because of some hardware issue??
it flashes up a bsod with some white writing on it but the bsod disappears b4 i get a chance to look at it i have tried hitting pause on the kb but this does nothing.
i have tried replacing m/board, psu, cpu, memory, disconnecting cd drive and fdd but it still happens. no pci devices. emachines 3210. have also used restore cd's.

try safe mode and see if you can troubleshoot from there?

From switch on keep tapping the F8 key, if the required option opens select Safe Mode, does your PC start now?

The screen graphics etc may appear enlarged but don't worry about that, post back with your results.

Right-click on My Computer, click Properties, click the Advanced tab. Under Startup & Recovery, click Settings. Under System Failure, untick the box in front of Automatically restart.
