How to burn Bootable ISO image?

I am attempting to run MemTestx86. It is an ISO file. I have been advised that ISO CD Burner (shell extension) will do this automatically - it burns a folder named i386 and then an unspecified file-type named WINDIAG. There are no boot folders visible...what am I doing wrong at all? :)
