You may need a USB cable if you did not get one with the Printer

Jets blocked, first try doing a Jet clean using the Printer Utility

Hello Woodchip,

Thanks for your suggestion. Actually I am not very much technical expert. First time I hear about Jets use in printer.

As per your suggestion please help me how to clean it?

Thanks for you help.

Go to start\Settings\Printer Folder, right click your Printer\Properties you should then have access to the Printer Utility for Running the ink tests and cleaning. If that does not do it you may need to go further. click here

Hello Woodchip,

Thanks for your great support. As per your instruction I fix my printer problem. Thank you very much. Please help me in one more,

What's the primary difference between epson ink and generic ink cartridges?

Thanks,

  woodchip 13:14 20 Mar 09

Epson Are Branded, Generic means they should work in the Same Printer. But cost cheaper and may not give as good results.

Dear Woodchip,

Thanks for your support. Can I buy new ink cartridges through online? If I buy then what about the quality their assurance?

Thanks,
Mark
