How to alter Browser page appearance

Really easy if only I knew how!

I have managed to change the way a page is displayed. The page fills the entire screen and I have to hover the mouse over the top of the page to see tabs. I cannot see the tabs at the bottom.

Don't know how I did it or how to put it back. Help please.

Sometimes if you have hit the F11 key this makes web pages fill the entire screen.
