Does anyone know how i can get my computer to
login/dialup to my isp automaticaly when i start it up,
And/Or would it be possible to make a batch file that
i can put in my startup folder that would connect
automatically every time i startup my computer?

Im on Aol ADSL if that helps using a normal Dun!
And not the aohell software!

If anyone does know the commands for the .bat/.cmd
I would be very grateful?

Thanks, Chris M.

I have an ethernet connection to my modem that has an "always on" status (D-Link 300G+) and so dont have this problem but have been told that a friend has simply created a shortcut to his freeserve connection and dropped that in the startup foler on the start menu. Does the trick for him.

Yup it works fine for me too, What i was trying to get was logged in silently.

But every time i tried it it came up with the dun connection box and that sorta defeated the silent bit!!

But i forgot to change my connection settings, Untick show progress and so on :S ..

Anyway im happy now. Thanks :)
