Hourglass Oddity

For some reason the old-fashioned hourglass has mysteriously replaced the trendier Windows 7 circular 'hang on a moment' indicator. I've looked in Control Panel but can't find any way to get the proper one back. Can someone help?

It should be under Control Panel > Mouse > Mouse Properties > Pointers, or click here for intructions. G

In the mouse properties box, under the pointers tab, make sure Windows Aero (system scheme) is selected. Click apply and ok.

Thanks rdave13 - that has done the trick. Sorry, Crossbow 7 but the Windows video didn't cover what I needed. Thanks, anyway, for taking the trouble to respond.
