Hotmail/MSN e-mails rejected

I have just changed ISP to Orange.fr and sent out a batch of e-mails to give the new e-address. All were successful except those to Hotmail and MSN addressees. These were returned with the message 'mail server IP connecting to Windows Live Hotmail has exhibited namespace mining behaviour'
What on earth does this mean and what can I do about it?
My previous dialup ISP had no such problem.

Don't know if this will help, but I believe this problem is quite wide-spread ...

Thank you Technotiger. What a lot of gobbeldigook, but I think all is well now. The solution seems to be to send out the Hotmail and MSN messages separately and not in a 'round robin' e-mail. Perhaps they don't like to rub shoulders with other ISPs!
