Hotmail - E-mail address deletion

  Dirty Dick 09:00 24 Aug 05

Whenever I try to log in to Hotmail, I click on the down arrow next to the e-mail addresses, only to be confronted with a list of e-mails of ALL people who have used the PC. Some of the addresses are mis-spellings and could be removed. How do I go about removing some of the e-mail addresses but not all.

I think that you can right click on them and delete the ones that you don't want.

It is also possible via the registry if you want.

Easiest is to delete them all and start anew - there can't be that many you want!

If you are running WinXP, then....

Start->Control Panel->User Accounts.

If you are an administrator, then you will have to click onto your username (if not, your username is already selected). Now click onto the "Manage my network passwords" and remove the ones you don't want to see in the "drop-list"
