Hosts with good website builders?

I want to build a small site for my sculpture business. Have clear ideas on design (very simple and un-techy) which I can realise using Word/PaintShop, but have no idea WHATEVER about HTML.

The templates offered by hosting services seem very restricting - any reccomendations for a webhost offering really flexible, idiot-proof, templates and good value?

necessarily a webhost template as there are so many easy to use - and often free- webdesing programs Do a search for serifwebplus - that's free on the internet - and netobjectsfusion 7 is free with a magazine at the moment. My first site used a lycos template and it has lots of possibilities - worth looking at lycos though they're not cheap. I & I do quite reasonable templates and heartinternet I believe - if you really want to go down that road.
