Run your anti-virus and anti spyware programs as a first step.

If you don't have anti-spyware, get Spybot S&D and Malwarebytes install and run them. Read the instructions with them carefully.

Spybot click here

Malwarebytes click here

I had already run my own Security Ware (Kaspersky) (I Should have said ) So I am disabling Kaspersky and trying your suggestions Thank you. Will let you know how it goes when completed. Probably sometime tomorrow.

You will then see what it is all about at no risk.
then got to your mailbox in your ISP site and mark it as spam.

Do not disable Anti Virus if you are going on the Net
