Does anyone know how I can get my homepage to stop resetting itself every time the computer goes off. The homepage that comes on I have never even heard of. Have to go into control panel every day and go to internet options to change address of homepage but it just resets next day! infuriating. Any advice, Pat

What does it set itself to? There are a number of little nasties that do this. Have a look in Startup or the startup section of msconfig and note anything unusual.

Post back the details.

Brower highjackers are becoming very common lately. Follow expertecs advice which should get rid of it and update and run the programs regularly just like an AV for maximum protection. For background protection, like a firewall, you can consider spywareguard and spywareblaster from click here .

It is "Globefinder " that keeps setting itself as my homepage?
