I have set up the equipment to network my pc and laptop together. Both the computors report that "wireless conection is now connected, connected to home network, signal strengh excellent". Unfortunatly I am still unable to access information on either computor, wirelessly and the laptop will not connect with the internet. Can anyone help, please?

if you have a software firewall installed, you need to set it to allow file/printer sharing across the network.

If you are unsure just disable the firewall and see if this makes a difference.

Assuming you are using XP, go to my network places and see what appears - at the least the shared folders should be shown.

If you want to access the full hard drives in both pc's, right click the drive in exporer and select the sharing and security option, and click on the link to share the drive.
