Our computer seems to have got hijacked by something called hitpointer. When going to a web site it is diverted to something called hitpointer! What is it and how can I get rid of it?

Unfortunately even ad-aware and spybot have not removed the problem! Can anyone else suggest anything to get rid of hitpointer? Thanks.
